It’s great to see festival line-ups published early – they give you a chance to plan which of the ‘clashes’ you’ll prioritise, which you’ll risk missing and exactly when, opportunities permitting, you’ll just sit and have a beer and relax.
So here we go with this year’s Camden Rocks Festival. As ever I’ll want to see Asylums at 17.00 and as a result, miss The Amorettes. Okay, I might need to reconsider that one. Great that neither clash with Sonic Boom Six at 16.45… right? Or HVMM at 17.30.
Reassuring to see Britpop stalwarts Echobelly on at 15.30 so I’ll definitely catch them. They’re followed by Rews at 17.15, and here we go again – another re-think required for 17.00. At least Blood Red Shoes aren’t on at about the same time. Oh… hang on.
And there we have it, illustrated within just a two-hour window – the best one-dayer London has to offer. Join me on a hectic sprint up and down Camden High Street – there’s no better way to spend a sunny Saturday in north London, even if you have to skip that relaxing beer.
Grab the very last remaining tickets now whilst they are still available from www.camdenrocksfestival.com where you can also find the full line-up and all festival information.
